Caterpillar type door body foam wire

The foaming line is a caterpillar type door foaming line, which is mainly used in the foaming production of refrigerator or freezer door. By the main body frame, crawler drive, mold components, mold installation, formwork lifting device, rotary mould device, automatic filling manipulator, heating system, opening and closing lock device, safe and convulsions system, curing oven, such as electric potential grounding system and form a complete set of pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electric control system components.

The foaming line is composed of pre-installed door manual feeding, automatic filling, mold closing, mold frame down locking, cycle curing, lock opening, mold frame up mold opening, manual feeding and other processes.

The production line is equal lifting and circulating transmission for 10 working positions. The die frame has horizontal lifting function before the die frame is opened to avoid extrusion of the door body when the die frame is rotated. The line body has the characteristics of safety and reliability, compact structure, small occupation area, high efficiency and suitable for flexible production of various varieties.
