Multi-station tank vacuum forming machine is mainly used for automatic vacuum adsorption molding of refrigerator tank. It is composed of feeding, preheating, heating, shaping, trimming, blanking and so on.
According to the transfer mode of sheet metal, it is divided into chain type and clamp type. According to there is no edge cutting station, divided into four stations and five stations. According to the molding process, it is divided into bubble - absorbing type and bubble - blowing type.
The equipment adopts intelligent temperature control, servo motor drive, air pressure forming and low temperature air cooling technology, with high efficiency and high degree of automation.
