The foaming line is composed of chain drive system, foaming fixture, oven, foaming machine platform, steam heating and pumping system, filling manipulator, locking mechanism, conveying trolley, cover opening and closing guide rail, auxiliary clamping device and supporting pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electronic control system and other parts. The foaming line is mainly composed of manual (self-moving) upper box (door), clamping die closing, manual (self-moving) vertical filling, circular driving, heating and curing cycle, jig unlocking, jig opening, manual (self-moving) lower box (door), defoaming and other processes.
The foaming line has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, smooth transmission, convenient replacement and high production efficiency.
