Simplex vacuum forming machine is composed of heating and forming parts, mainly used for vacuum adsorption molding of refrigerator door liner and tank. The equipment adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, each heating temperature zone can be point by point control, and the use of hydraulic proportional control technology, so that the operation of the equipment is more stable.
Working procedure: manual feeding, automatic pressing, heating, blowing, molding, cooling and manual feeding.
The equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, and suitable for large-scale products forming.
