The refrigerator backplate forming line is a fully automated production line. This line generally consists of a feeding machine, a punching machine, a 180 degree flipping machine, a rolling mill, a pressing machine, an end bending machine, a discharging machine, and supporting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems.

Used for forming the back panel of refrigerators. According to requirements, each specialized machine can be combined to complete automatic feeding, punching and edge cutting, sheet flipping, roll forming, pressing, 90 degree bending at both ends, and discharging of fixed length sheet materials.

This production line has the advantages of reasonable process layout, high production efficiency, good automation level, safe and reliable human-machine interface operation, and convenient maintenance.
