Refrigerator left and right side plate molding line is a fully automatic production line. The molding line is used for the conjoined production of the left and right side plates of the refrigerator. It is mainly composed of feeding machine, punching and cutting machine, 180-degree turnover machine, rolling mill, cutting machine, step bending machine at both ends, 90-degree bending machine, edge wrapping machine, machine and supporting pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electronic control system and other parts. In addition to being used in the production of two side panels, the line has the function of producing one side panel separately. According to the needs of the products, the special machine can be arbitrarily combined to complete the automatic feeding, punching and cutting, sheet turning, roll forming, cutting off, step forming, bending at both ends, blanking and other processes of the fixed-length sheet. The line body has the advantages of reasonable process layout, high production efficiency, good automation, safe and reliable operation of man-machine interface, convenient maintenance and wide range of products.
