Refrigerator top molding line

Refrigerator top molding line is a fully automatic production line. The line is mainly composed of feeding machine, punching and cutting machine, roll mill, cutting machine, step press, double end bending machine, single side 90-degree bending machine, triple manipulator, blanking machine and matching pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electronic control system and other parts.

According to the requirements of the special machine can be combined to complete the centering plate automatic feeding, punching edge cutting, roll forming, cutting off, step pressing, both ends of 90 degrees bending, 90 degrees bending on one side, automatic mechanical hand feeding, feeding and other processes.

The line body has the advantages of reasonable process layout, high production efficiency, good automation, safe and reliable operation of man-machine interface, convenient maintenance and wide range of products.
