Product washing machine shell molding line is a fully automatic production line. Mainly by the automatic feeding machine, material lifting table, feeding dolly, feeding manipulator, die-cutting machine, manipulator, moulding flanging machine, conveying belt line, 180 degrees of turnover, roller and jack-up under the belt conveyor line, bending machine, manipulator, the stage of blanking parts, and form a complete set of pneumatic system and electric control system.
Each special machine can be combined to complete the automatic feeding, conveying, punching, cutting, conveying, pressing, conveying, material sheet turnover, jacking feeding, four bending, mechanical hand feeding and other processes.
The line body has the advantages of reasonable process layout, high production efficiency, good automation, safe and reliable operation of man-machine interface, convenient maintenance and wide range of products.
