The foaming line consists of a main body frame, driving system, foaming mould frame, movable mould orbit, opening and closing lock mechanism, automatic injection material system, manipulator, curing oven door (including heating and ventilation system platform), model identification device, safety device, such as electric potential grounding system and form a complete set of pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electric control system components.


The foaming line consists of line body operation, manual door lining and door shell, automatic identification of line body, sending signals to the foaming machine, automatic injection of the foaming machine, mold closing guide rail, mold closing oil cylinder, curing into the curing furnace, cylinder locking, curing furnace opening, mold opening with mold opening guide, and taking out the finished door body by the door manipulator.


The foaming line is a drag chain door foaming production line, with 24 sets of mold frames, divided into upper and lower layers. The two ends and the lower layer of the line body are solidified oven, heated by steam or oil mould machine. The motor reducer drives the mould frame to circulate. The line body is equipped with 7 exposed working stations to meet the requirements of opening, closing and loading and unloading. Meanwhile, the efficiency of the production line should be improved. Except opening, closing and locking working stations, the rest work without stopping. The line body has the characteristics of safety and reliability, compact structure, small occupation area, high efficiency and suitable for multi-variety production.
